Making Seed Tape - The Elmer's Glue Method
This is excellent!
The only thing that I would add is not only to put your name , contact info, & location in & on all collection jars & envelopes but to also enclose the date that the sample was collected. You guys are doing a great job & making great videos! I'm in Eastern NC also doing, in my case amateur, research on the "black panther"/ Cougar connection & myth but mine is "armchair research". My respect really goes out to you guys working out in the fields & woodlands!
😊😊 thank you ,some Genius could not set this Trap! 😕😔
Outstanding!!! Nomos Hill Bulldogs of TN Home of the Hammonds strain of working Alligator bulldogs A.D.B.A Registered Kennel Real American Pit bull Terriers
Thanks so much. Do you all have any way of knowing this for plum trees also ??
5 min video for something that should take 60 seconds.
I bought a 220 today and caught my thumb, thought I’d broke it. This guy is not Kidding. They’re for real
He should have spoken about gas vs diesel tractors
Anyone know what the tree looks like today?
What was the diameter of the circle?
I would have done 10 done by now
Screw all that. I use a cordless knife
I also had a cat So That helped enter the bat
This video helps me because yesterday I had a bat in my house
We have a red tailed hawk and an owl that stay very close together. I found about 6 long owl tail feathers below where he sleeps. Could the great horned owl get hurt by the hawk? I hope he's ok.
I would do a compression test and check the radiator core for scale deposits in case the previous owners ever use water only as a coolant and check the water and power steering pumps for leaks, i would not buy a tractor without a two stage clutch, or a high and low range transmission or power steering, ..a two stage clutch allows you to stop tractor but not the pto it also allows the hydraulic pump to lift the arms when clutch is stopping tractor. I would also recommend one with a front loader which is very useful for way more than scouping .you can use it to load or unload heavy items on a truck, mix cement, lift and move machinery ,lift logs, use as a safe platform to paint or pick fruit, as a snow plow, use it instead of a cart to carry tools in, clear small bushes and prickers , pile and push brush fires , it will even help if you are stuck..
Totally right about the resale value. I have owned several tractors in a row and each time I sell them, I sell for more than what I paid 5 years earlier. At least two of the times, I probably got enough extra to also cover all the Repairs and Diesel I had ever put into it. Its like a free tractor. The only downside to selling them is that your next one always ends up costing more than your last one. When you go to buy an old tractor, look it up online and see what the original price was. Most of the time, inflation is higher than depreciation and the used tractor, even 20 or 30 years old, is selling for more than it sold when it was new.
Thank you.
Armadillos are an invasive species and should be eraticated!
I shot 12 armadillos this year with buckshot. I see them at night on my security cameras.
Thanks ! Quick easy video
I was pulling out of the dollar general in ohatchee a couple years ago and seen two large cats that looked to me to be a cougar or mountain lion. Tan color with some white, long bodies and big paws. Now I know what a cougar looks like and these were much bigger than a bobcat. Happened so fast I couldn't snap a photo . There's definitely some big cats of some kind roaming around in Alabama and I hope I never run into one or two face to face. Y'all be careful out there in the backwoods and stay safe.
I just ran across this video. Probably 30 years ago I was collecting fossils in Green County Alabama, near West Green. I will try and give you a detailed description of the event. A friend and I were walking to some chalk gullies, and as we approached the gullies we noticed a group of straight lines going across the gullies, which covered 8 to 10 acres. Curiosity set in! I walked over to them and realized that something had been drug across the gullies. I went to where they began and there was a kill site. A deer had been chased down and caught. There were signs of a struggle, the deer got away and ran maybe 20 feet and the cat caught it again. Another big struggle was evident, lots of deer hair and some sticky blood. Very fresh kill site. The lines we saw going across the chalk gullies were where the deer had been drug across the gullies and straight up a 10 or 12-foot high bank. The drag site lines went from one side of the gullies to the other, at least 75 to 100 yards. There were no apparent stops to rest or get a better grip on the deer. Note: the deer tracks were not a fawn. They were fairly large. Personally, I have never seen a bobcat big enough to do what I saw that day. I have a friend that was with me that can back up this story.
Excellent video! I was at a wedding reception last night & a few bats were cleaning up the insects, there. Awesome!
What about the baby bats? Will they be able to leave with the adults?
Just got to the end of the video and heard about juveniles. Oh boy, it’s only July and we have lots of bats in our roof!!!!
Soon be September. Go get your net.😊
How do you remove the latches on the springs so easily at the end? On mine, the tension on the spring is so tight I can't even move that latch let alone remove it.
Try to move the latch towards the coil it should loosen it self. But be slow and careful and dont have your fingers near the frame.
RIP Mr. Bowling
Great voice.
Very helpful and informative. Thank You.
Sounds like Jimmy Page did the sound track. 🎸 I've got feral hogs tearing my backyard to hell, got to do something soon, the falling doors look like a great idea, thanks.
Thank you for your information. I have bats coming in the garage. My cat found one there and brought it in the house. She had to have a rabies shot. My landlady checked the garage but found nothing. This is the second time bats have gotten in the house. My cat has had 2 rabies shots and l have had to have 1 shot. Not fun! A bat expert came out and checked the house and said no bats in the attic and entering. This is not true though. The bats keep coming back. Moth balls didn't work. The bats came back and one was in the garage. I don't know how many more are here but l know my landlady will not do anything to help.
Ok, how do you open to release?
Ya gotta make sure ya dont buy no gay tractor ...
wouldnt something like miscanthus grass give way more biomass?
Why not run Bob wire around the top
Wow, small world. Hello from limestone county.
Thanks for the tips, Mr. Johnson. I've never set a trap for a skunk, but I'd say you better know a few good techniques before trapping and prior to the capture/release.
Sir, I will put this method to work - "Bucket Method". Thanks for sharing! 🐷
Great advice! Thanks for the video, and good hunting down in Alabama.
love hearing old hands talk about what they know, thanks for this!
How do you build the door
He didnt cut enough material he neede 2 more 2x2 x6 for his door slider he only cut 2 😂😂😂😂
Thank you! You are a gentle man. Everything you said is nice and clear. Sadly, my wife found a small reddish brown bat being eaten by fire ants this morning. I felt sad and determined to build a nice bathouse for the other living bats. We have feral cats, hawks, fox, gray wolves, squireels and owls. So, I want to help them too. I appreciate you sharing this video!
How big is your circle.I’ve never heard you mention it
He made this wayyyyyy more complicated than it needed to be..
Wow he's so smart
Thx for your tips and experience

You forgot to mention that you should always wear a hat so they don't get tangled in your hair and lay their eggs.
